Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional office buildings and commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and office building drawings. They will collaborate with our senior Architect in India to develop architectural concepts and designs, while also assisting in the production of construction documents and budgets.


Responsibilities:

  • Produce graphic presentations and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Create and compile construction budgets for development projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with the senior Architect in India on design and technical tasks related to office building and interior designs.
  • Assist in the production of architectural concepts and designs, particularly focusing on the interior of commercial buildings, with an emphasis on office spaces.
  • Work on the development of 2D and 3D drawings for office buildings and interiors, adhering to project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with project team members and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in the development of architectural designs.


Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory, with a strong foundation in architectural principles and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills, proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing 2D and 3D drawings for architectural projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and structures to ensure compliance and safety in designs.
  • Experience in creating office building drawings and interior designs is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite for project documentation and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration and communication within the team.
