Job Title: Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts and prepare sketches, plans, and models for new construction projects, renovations, and modifications to existing buildings and structures
- Work with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications that define the scope of work for contractors and subcontractors
- Review and approve construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the construction process, including monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that work is completed to the required standards
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction and ensure that work is being carried out according to the approved plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with new materials and building technologies to ensure that projects are designed and built using the latest methods and techniques Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that projects are completed within the agreed-upon parameters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as an Architect
- Strong design skills and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex design problems
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws A passion for architecture and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,647.86 - ₹25,000.00 per month
