Job Responsibilities:5+ years of experience in IAM with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in L3 level of support in Identity and Access ManagementOracle Identity Management L3 SMEConfigure Role Association Type as per the defined policyDebug incidents related to user identity provisioning / de-provisioningDebug incidents related to user account reconciliationDebug issues related to Delegation of approvals and workflowsResponsible for applying latest Hotfix / PatchesResponsible for producing RCA for problem tickets related to user provisioning / de-provisioning, user account reconciliation, delegation of approvals and workflowsResponsible for Knowledge Transfer from the incumbentResponsible for verifying the IDM-specific configurations like rules, connectors, policies, and other prerequisites documented by the project / pre-live team for production releaseEnsure the appropriate monitoring exists on IAM components and continually maintain the uptime of the environment.Raise a support request with the product vendor support team for possible product bugUpgrade of Microsoft Identity Management and associated components.Oracle Single Sign On (Access Management) L3 SMEEnsure centralized policy creation with sufficient management and enforcement.Debug the issues related to user authentication, authorization, session management and Single Sign OnResponsible to apply latest Hotfix / PatchesResponsible to produce RCA for problem tickets related to user authentication, authorization, session management and Single Sign OnResponsible for verifying the configurations related to realm (resource filter), rule, response documented by project / pre-live team for production releaseRaise support requests with the product vendor support team for possible product bugs.Ensure the appropriate monitoring exists on IAM components and continually maintain the currency of thisUpgrade of OAM.Experience in technologies such as Java / J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS and LinuxGood understanding of Change Management and release management processAbility to review existing deployment architecture and document-and-propose target deployment architectureStrong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
