Position : Full Stack Developer (Laravel Expertise)

Location : This is an on-site role based in Indore, India

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building robust web applications, designing scalable architectures, and delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, along with a passion for clean code and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Web Application Development

- Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Laravel and related technologies.

- Build scalable and secure APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance by adhering to best practices.

2. Front-End Development

- Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.

- Optimize front-end code for speed and cross-browser compatibility.

3. Back-End Development

- Design and develop database schemas, queries, and migrations.

- Implement robust authentication and authorization systems.

- Monitor and improve the performance of server-side applications.

4. Technical Problem-Solving

- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Provide innovative solutions to complex business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve bottlenecks in development.

5. Collaboration & Documentation

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other developers to meet project deadlines.

- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications :

1. Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Proven experience with Laravel framework and PHP development.

- Solid understanding of front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.

2. Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.

3. Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
