You will be responsible for maintaining our VMware environment, orchestrating migrations to cloud providers, and implementing containerization solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain our VMware infrastructure, including virtualization hosts, storage, and networking components.

- Plan and execute migrations of on-premises workloads to cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

- Implement and manage containerization solutions using Kubernetes and Docker, optimizing application deployment and scalability.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet the organization's needs.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices in infrastructure management.

- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Administrator or similar role.

- Proficiency in managing VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.

- Hands-on experience with migrating workloads to cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker.

- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet is a plus.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
