Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Delivery Manager to lead and manage political marketing campaign projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, project management, social media campaign expertise, and execution management. You will be responsible for ensuring that our political clients receive top-tier service and that campaign projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for political clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of political campaigns. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for political marketing campaigns, aligning them with client objectives and political climates.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Lead the creation and management of social media campaigns, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with the overall campaign strategy.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and challenges in campaign delivery and develop effective solutions.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel across India as required to meet client needs and oversee campaign activities on the ground.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or political marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing political campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian political landscape and electoral processes.
