Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Political Projects

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on managing political projects and formulating effective social media strategies tailored to them. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to achieve the objectives set for political campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Political Project Management**: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns for political projects, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and timelines.

2. **Social Media Strategy Formulation**: Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to political projects, considering target audience, messaging, and campaign objectives.

3. **Content Creation and Curation**: Create engaging and persuasive content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, adhering to branding guidelines and campaign messaging.

4. **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive interactions and building a supportive community around political campaigns.

5. **Campaign Performance Analysis**: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, generate insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

6. **Paid Advertising Management**: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, ad creation, and performance monitoring.

7. **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams, including campaign managers, content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure cohesive execution of digital marketing initiatives for political projects.

8. **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and political communication, incorporating new strategies and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of political landscapes and issues, with experience working on political campaigns preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, is a plus.
