As a Finance Coordinator, you will actively support hiring projects to help the business achieve commercial plans & targets. This role supports the operations/ fleet business and is responsible for assisting in the finance related functions.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret financial data, like revenues, expenses and forecast sheets- Assist with coordinating, organizing and implementing the financial strategy- Prepare required financial reports as per outlined guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with accounting standards- Prepare required financial statements such as cash flow to meet working capital requirements- Develop detailed and accurate accounting statements and transaction records to support the decision making and tracking of budgets- Manage and prepare the reports for effective cash management, accounts payables and account receivables.- Assist in the review of reports, analyze projections of sales and income against actual figures and suggests methods of improving the planning process- Update records for financial requests for purchase orders, making sure all documents are accurate.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, General Accounting or a similar field- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger of books of account keeping- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skill- Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities
