Location: Gurugram
Job Description
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS filing, preparing and filing returns, and managing tax audits.
Coordinate on the quarterly internal & annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements.
Raising of estimates, tax invoices and credit notes to our clients
Tracking the receipt of payments from our clients with the help of bank statements on a weekly basis.
Maintain and managing all accounting on Tally & Zoho Books
Issuing POs to all vendors and tracking payments
Creating Monthly expenditure and Income statement
=Managing all compliance associated with Private Limited company
·     Managing basic HR & Admin function in the office
·     Managing and tracking employee attendance
·     Managing tax compliance of employees
·     Creating monthly, quarterly and annual P&L statement for agency
·     Annual Trial balance and Balance sheet Maintenance
Other miscellaneous work as time progresses as part of finance team.
Follow up with clients on payments
Creating job contracts for clients
Qualification:-
B com or M Com degree is preferable
Have core-knowledge of accounting and experience in the finance field in service businesses like consulting companies or marketing /  ad agencies
Have very strong excel skills.
Proficiency in Google sheets.
Strong communication skills to deal with day-to-day business finance matter within the organization.
Have a high level of integrity
Have a good command over English both written and spoken
Proactive attitude to drive the growth of the company
