Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for the Prime Minister's messages and actions.We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals-including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates-with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.Job Description:Position: Compliance ManagerResponsibilities:- Oversee and manage the organization's compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.- Handle all GST and TDS compliance matters.- Maintain a thorough understanding of taxation laws, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on tax compliance and accounting.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Certifications: Relevant certifications in taxation and compliance will be an added advantage.
