Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Paid Search Specialist with a focus on Microsoft Bing Advertising. The role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft Bing ads, creating and implementing paid search campaigns, analyzing performance data, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine advertising.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Bing Advertising platforms
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads and other search engine advertising platforms
- Certifications in Microsoft Advertising or Google Ads is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on Microsoft Bing Advertising.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
Write compelling ad copy tailored to Bing’s audience and platform strengths.
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
Collaborate with the content and development teams to create and optimize landing pages specifically for Bing campaigns.
Stay updated on Microsoft Bing Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Test and implement innovative strategies to maximize ROI for Bing Advertising campaigns.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Microsoft Bing Advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results on Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Microsoft Advertising Intelligence and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create and execute advanced targeting strategies (e.g., audience segmentation, geo-targeting).
- Experience with A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Familiarity with integration of Bing Ads with third-party tools and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing cross-platform campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) in addition to Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with API integrations for Bing Advertising.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for landing page updates.
- Understanding of international markets and localization strategies for Bing Advertising.
