Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Healthcare Medical Devices Sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific challenges and goals.Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream like Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Exp 1-3 yearsProven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues.Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Willingness to travel occasionally for sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
