DGM/GM – Product Management and Marketing (Solar)Education Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / ElectricalExperience:
10 – 20 yearsRole & responsibilitiesOversee the complete Sales, Marketing, and After Sales Support for Solar product portfolio.Engage with clients to determine technical specifications and commercial offers.Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to fulfil product/application requirements.Identify new opportunities contributing to revenue growth.Develop a clear roadmap for the product portfolio, including pricing and positioning strategies.Qualifications:BE /B.Tech / M. Tech or MBAProven experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the solar industry.Strong understanding of technical aspects of solar products.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Desired SkillsIn-depth understanding of solar technology and the renewable energy industry.Previous experience in product management and development.Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proven project management capabilities.Collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional departments.Business development and customer relationship management proficiency.Sound grasp of financial principles related to product management.
