JobDescription:

    • KeyAccountabilities
    • RequirementGathering: Gathering analyzing and documentingbusiness requirements from stakeholders. This involvesunderstanding the business problem or opportunity and translatingit into analytics or datarequirements.
    • RequirementsManagement : Managing changes to project requirementsthroughout the development lifecycle. This includes documentingchanges assessing their impact on project scope and timeline andcommunicating updates tostakeholders.
    • Collaborationwith Stakeholders : Collaborating with businessstakeholders data engineers data scientists and other team membersto ensure that analytics solutions meet business needs andrequirements.
    • QualityAssurance and Testing: Ensuring the quality andaccuracy of analytics solutions through testing validation andquality assurance processes. This involves identifying andaddressing issues or discrepancies in data or analyticsoutputs.
    • Documentationand Documentation: Documenting business requirementsdata definitions data flows and other relevant information toensure that knowledge is captured and shared effectively within theteam.
    • ContinuousImprovement : Continuously seeking opportunities toimprove analytics processes tools and methodologies. This mayinvolve staying updated on industry trends exploring newtechnologies and implementing bestpractices.
    • Trainingand Support: Providing training and support tostakeholders on how to use analytics tools interpret data and makedatadriven decisionseffectively.

  • EssentialExperience and JobRequirements:
  • Experienceof 8 yrs ERP or CRM Knowledge Deep understanding of ERP or CRMsystems and their functionalities. This includes familiarity withmodules such as finance supply chain sales marketing customerservice and humanresources.
  • AnalyticsSkills: Proficiency in data analysis datavisualization and statistical analysis techniques. Experience withtools such as SQL Excel Tableau Power BI or other businessintelligence and analytics platforms isessential.
  • BusinessProcess Understanding: Strong understanding ofbusiness processes related to ERP or CRM systems. This involvesknowledge of how different departments within an organization useERP or CRM data to perform their functions and achieve businessobjectives.
  • RequirementGathering and Documentation: Experience in gatheringanalyzing and documenting business requirements for ERP or CRManalytics projects. This includes working closely with stakeholdersto understand their needs and translate them into actionablerequirements.
  • DataModeling and Integration : Knowledge of data modelingprinciples and experience in integrating data from multiple sourcesinto ERP or CRM systems. This involves designing data modelsdefining data mappings and ensuring data accuracy andintegrity.
  • Reportand Dashboard Development: Experience in developingreports dashboards and analytics solutions using ERP or CRM data.This includes selecting appropriate visualizations organizing dataeffectively and ensuring that reports meet businessneeds.
  • SystemConfiguration and Customization : Familiarity withsystem configuration and customization capabilities of ERP or CRMplatforms. This involves understanding how to tailor the system tomeet specific business requirements and optimizeperformance.
  • QualityAssurance and Testing: Experience in conductingquality assurance and testing activities for ERP or CRM analyticssolutions. This includes identifying and resolving data qualityissues testing system functionalities and ensuring that solutionsmeet userexpectations.
  • ChangeManagement: Understanding of change managementprinciples and experience in managing changes related to ERP or CRMimplementations or upgrades. This involves assessing the impact ofchanges communicating updates to stakeholders and facilitating useradoption.
  • ProjectManagement Skills: Basic project management skillsincluding the ability to manage project timelines resources andstakeholder expectations. Experience in leading or participating inERP or CRM implementation projects is aplus.
