IT Project ManagerJob Location: Mumbai

Objectives of this Role

Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives as per business planDevelop & Design program assessment process for evaluation and improvementCoordinate and manage multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedPrepare & Manage budget for IT spendsImplementation & to follow the Agile way of workingIT Governance - Manage IT vendor contracts, SLA, Service Credit, Budget vs spend and other IT governance activitiesManage IT audits, change management tools / processes and Secure SDLCManage, coordinate and Conduct UAT for the deliverables.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Management, cross-functional teams, and relevant IT teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesWork with different business functions to understand and capture the Business requirement, perform requirement Analysis, validate the Functional Requirement Specification created by the partner / Project manager and its mapping with Business requirementsWork with partners to review and validate the Solution design along with the Cost / effort for the sameManage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage schedule and budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholdersProject coordination managing project interdependencies

Skills and Qualifications

Should be capable of managing all phases of Project / Program Management encompassing requirement analysis, impact analysis, effort estimation / validation, cost approval, prioritization, project planning, defining scope, setting expectation of stakeholders and timelines, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination, resource planning & documentation, budgeting, vendor management & execution across the entire SDLCExceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of digital marketing / digital platforms, OSS and BSS systemsOutstanding working knowledge of change management principles and processesProven experience in Project / program management.Proven stakeholder management skillsBusiness Understanding skillTechnical knowledge of UNIX/Windows platforms, databases, software design (HDL, LLD) and programming languagesShould be good negotiator and influencerShould be capable in planning, managing vendors, deliveries, timelines etc.Should have experience in Software Life Cycle DevelopmentShould have knowledge of DevOpsShould have knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins , JIRA tools.PMP / ITIL certification preferable
