The ideal candidate will have:- Experience in managing and delivering high-volume permanent and/or contract staffing programs.- Ability to drive the scorecard metrics and strive to maintain the Top 3 rankings with the client.- Experience supporting clients in any of the following industries: software products & applications, IT services, BPO, non-IT lateral hiring, engineering, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and banking and financial.- Build and mentor a team of strong recruiters and team leads.- A strong sales attitude is required to capture the maximum spend, headcount, and profit margins.- Effective communication skills to impress MSP Program teams.- Prior hands-on recruitment experience is required.- An education degree in any of the following disciplines: B. E./B. Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical), B. Sc (Chemistry/Biology), MBA, B. Pharma, BCA, or Diploma in Computer Science.
