Job Purpose :Job Purpose:- To support the business by building the brand and driving customer engagement across the retail channel partners and influencers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement retail CRMs and loyalty platforms to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams ( Sales and Product team) to plan and launch schemes.
  • Manage the efficacy of annual, quarterly & monthly schemes with timely closure of schemes.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific retail channels.
  • Lead activation programs with partners to boost brand visibility.
  • Benchmark internal and competition BTL & Retail marketing strategies for efficiency and effectiveness in building brand image and driving sales.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly retail marketing activities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Analyze spending across all channels to optimize usage for volume growth.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills with both the sales team and external agencies.


Job Knowledge/Work Experience:

  • Understanding of Marketing function Preferably from building/construction material brands – Marketing/Trade/Retail/Channel experience.Experience in Retail/Trade/Dealer/Channel Marketing.

  • Knowledge in designing sales schemes

  • Exposure in handling international incentive tours

Education (Preferred Degree):

Any Graduate, MBA preferred.
