Role
Claims Management with the objective of operational efficiency, reducing average Claim Cost and Improvement in Turn Around Time of Claims Settlement. Analysis and monitoring of claims to identify the Local / Geographical trends Responsible for Designing and implementation of various policies and procedures for claims Management Regular engagements with customers and Insurer to build relations Responsible for claims disposal / settlement ratio Fraud Detection Improve TAT in claims and reduce customer grievances Planning/reviewing/analyzing the claim cost and claim size time to time as per company standards Preferred Qualifications
