We are currently looking for an exceptional sales professional to join our sales team in Razorpay POS. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in driving sales, managing corporate clients and building bank relationships in the UAE and Middle East region.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Hunt merchants for Razorpay POS business in UAE and Middle East region and enable sales through our bank channels
  • Managing end to end bank relationships.
  • Product/Program management and rollout.
  • Portfolio Management.
  • Establishing Razorpay POS as the partner of choice for their merchant acquiring business of banks
  • Establishing strong working relations with all stakeholders in the partner bank organisation particularly product team, to achieve and exceed targets and foster long lasting relationships with banks.
  • Establishing, growing, and maintaining relationships —both current and potential—in the designated territory or market segment in order to attract new clients for our goods and services.
  • Creating a sales funnel, long-term goals, and business planning.
  • Keeping an eye out for changes in the customer's organisation that could have an impact on future business
  • Managing stakeholders both inside and outside the project.
  • Willing to travel in short notices to meet with banks and other partners regularly.
  • Managing and supporting service escalations directly from merchants or from bank service teams by coordinating with respective internal teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience preferably in a Bank or Fintech merchant acquiring business preferably in UAE and Middle East.
  • Successful stint in sales and banking alliance is an added advantage.
  • Ability to influence the stakeholders and align them to achieve organization goals.
