Role Summary:

We are looking for a Support Executive to provide helpdesk support for Real Estate ERP systems (Yardi, MRI and Argus). The role involves analysing and troubleshooting client requirements, issues and resolving tickets within SLA, and assisting with ERP processes such as rent rolls, bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, Job Costs, Fixed Assets and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support on ERP (mainly Yardi, MRI).
  • Resolve client queries on accounting (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation).
  • Manage and update support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting: Analyse root causes and provide reliable, long-term solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in ERP/Accounting support (Yardi/MRI preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Strong communication is must.
