Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Software Developer to lead our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects with tight deadlines, overseeing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team, ensuring audit compliance, and driving the overall success of the development process.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the software development team to deliver complex projects within stringent timelines.Define and implement strategies for efficient project execution, including issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with best practices in software development.Oversee all stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Handle audit-related concerns, including Information Security and VAPT audits, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless project integration and successful outcomes.
Technical Skills:Expertise in C# .NET technology, MVC Framework and proficiency in developing software applications.Expertise in Ionic Framework, Microservices Application Development.Must have Knowledge of creating applications in NOSQL and MongoDB.Must have knowledge of Secure SDLC Development Lifecycle.Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies.Have basic understanding of Servers, Network, LAN and WAN Protocols.Strong knowledge of Java programming and experience with Java-based solutions.Solid experience working with SQL Server, including database management and optimization.Knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as AWS or Azure is a must.
Required Competencies:Must be experienced of effectively management of Software Developers team. Must have experience in development and delivery of Customer facing third party applications. Having 6+ Years of overall experience will be preferred.Must have Project Management abilities. The person must understand skills of project management.Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, conflict resolution, and driving team performance.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.

CASHPOR has been consistently providing microfinance services along with health and education services to its rural BPL women members, helping them to reduce their poverty under its Poverty Alleviation Program in the rural areas of Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh/Bundelkhand, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bihar through its 780 branches, by forming their Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). CASHPOR provides microfinance loans not only out of its owned funds but also under its Business Correspondent (BC) arrangements with IndusInd Bank, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and under its partnership with SIDBI as implementing partner under its PRAYAS Scheme. The number of beneficiaries has been increasing constantly over the years. Cashpor is currently serving more than 1.2 Million poor beneficiaries.
