We aim to reduce poverty through our Poverty Alleviation Program. Our team requires a skilled Data Management Specialist to manage MongoDB and RDBMS environments, ensuring high availability and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing standalone, replica set, and sharded cluster MongoDB environments
  • Database performance monitoring and implementing tuning strategies to optimize resource utilization
  • Migrating data across servers using replication, mirroring, and log-shipping techniques
  • Planning and executing database backups, restores, and disaster recovery strategies

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in DBA profiles, 6+ years of experience in MS SQL Server RDBMS, and 3+ years of experience in NO SQL like MongoDB as a Database Administrator.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields is required. Proficiency in performance tuning in SQL Query in Stored Procedures and DB Objects is essential.

Prior experience in Azure, AWS, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Elasticsearch is a plus.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on experience, negotiable and attractive compensation package offered by Cashpor Micro Credit.
