Expand our Zitro family with a Junior Accounts Executive who will be joining our new India office located in Bangalore. This position will report to the India Finance Manager.
As a Jr Accounts Executive you would be working closely with the India finance manager and assist with all activities of day-to-day finance and accounting.
What You Will Do
Depending on the Corporate Finance department:
- Perform any other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed to ensure the financial health and accuracy of the organization's financial records.
- Review financial transactions and posted information into Business Central (MS-Dynamics) from different source documents such as invoices to customers, receipts and supplier's invoices if required.
- Co-ordinating with external agencies for month end books closure.
- Assisting in month end, annual, Audit process.
- Assist with the monthly reconciliation for bank and credit card accounts.
- Follow up and collecting of Vendor invoices,
- Classifying, storing records/ bills physical and cloud.
- Extracting payables list, compiling with dues as per aging.
- Use tools like Excel to organize data, perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Prepare or extract reports from accounting software as per management requirement.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Monthly reports of finances figures compared to Budget explaining the deviations. Prepare updated forecasts and analysis of their evolution.
What You Bring
- Experience: 1-3 + years in Accounts and bookkeeping. Previous experience in assistant or executive role is preferred.
- Excel proficiency - Intermediate level.
- Knowledge of India accounting principles
- Technical Skills: experience in QuickBooks/ Zoho Books/ tally Or Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with Zoom, google Meets etc.
- Communication: Good command of English, both written and verbal, adapted to diverse business needs.
- Organization: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, Team Player
