Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (On-site)

Stipend: ₹13,000–₹18,000/month (based on fit & portfolio)

Wellie is a pet-wellness brand helping pet parents understand what their dogs need—and making preventive care easy, effective, and joyful. We're building a loved, mass-premium brand with innovative products and a community that genuinely cares about healthier, happier pets.

The Role

You'll be the founder's right hand for brand + social. If you live and breathe content, think in stories, and have actually made things (reels, edits, carousels, scripts), this is for you. You'll learn fast, ship faster, and see your work go live every week.

What you'll do

Create: Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos; design thumb-stopping posts & stories.

Grow: Run a consistent content calendar across IG/YouTube/LinkedIn; reply to DMs & comments; nurture the community.

Brand: Translate Wellie's tone into crisp copy, hooks, and narratives; keep visuals on-brand.

Support the founder: Polish decks, one-pagers, and investor/partner presentations.

Research: Track trends, competitor moves, and creator formats; turn insights into testable content.

Measure: Watch the numbers (reach, saves, shares, CTR) and suggest weekly experiments.

You'll thrive if you have

A maker's portfolio: reels, shorts, carousels, copy, or anything you've shipped publicly.

Strong storytelling across words + visuals.

Basic understanding of social metrics and what "good" looks like.

Comfort working independently and collaborating across functions.

A real soft spot for pets (bonus if you're a pet parent).

Bonus points

Camera handling & basic photography/videography.

CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut; Figma/Canva; Notion/Google Slides.
