Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Real Estate Sales
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Role:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) – Sales / Pre-Sales in Real Estate, you will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, conducting property presentations, and helping customers choose the right property solutions. Your main goal is to convert inquiries into property closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Conduct property presentations and pre-sales consultations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance on real estate options.
- Follow up with prospects and close property sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience).
- Incentives: Earn ₹20,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month based on property closures.
- Weekly off: Monday
- Work Days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, pre-sales, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Ability to handle customer objections and work independently.

Pay: ₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
