Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Lead to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive the development of our full-body AI model for medical imaging. This role is ideal for an experienced AI professional who is passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to lead a talented team in creating state-of-the-art AI solutions that transform radiology. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy to build state-of-the-art models across imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound). Lead the end-to-end development process, ensuring alignment with Natoe AI's mission. Model Development & Deployment : Oversee the design, training, and real-world deployment of deep learning models for tasks such as image segmentation, detection, classification, and prediction. Ensure scalability, robustness, and compliance with industry standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with radiologists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models seamlessly into Natoe AI's platforms and workflows. Team Building & Mentorship : Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and medical imaging specialists. Provide mentorship and technical expertise to team members. MLOps & Real-Time Monitoring : Implement MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, and performance monitoring, to support robust and scalable AI solutions. Research & Innovation : Stay at the forefront of AI research by exploring and applying the latest techniques in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP. Contribute to Natoe AI's thought leadership through publications and conference presentations. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence : Ensure all AI models and processes comply with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, CE, CDSCO). Work closely with regulatory experts to ensure safety and compliance. Qualifications Educational Background : Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Experience : 5-10 years in AI/ML, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong experience in computer vision, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), and large-scale model deployment. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in designing AI models for tasks such as image segmentation, object detection, and prediction. Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms, and big data technologies. Healthcare AI Experience (Preferred but not mandatory): Prior experience in medical imaging AI is a plus.
