Job Title: Strategic Finance Analytics Consultant.

Location: Remote/Onsite/Hybrid.

Job Description:

- We are seeking a driven, hands-on Strategic Finance Analytics Consultant who can seamlessly merge financial expertise with technology and strategic advisory.

- The ideal candidate will excel at working closely with CFOs and senior leaders, managing complex projects, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.) for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Analyze key financial metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement.

- Prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including variance analysis and scenario planning.

- Collaborate with business units to create financial plans that align with overall company strategy.

Project Management:

- Lead end-to-end CFO-centric projects, including AI-driven financial solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, budgets, and timelines.

- Partner with AI development teams to align solutions with client needs and best practices in finance.

Strategic Advisory:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives on cost optimization, financial performance, and growth strategies.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams in financial analytics and AI applications.

Qualifications:

Education:

- MBA in Finance or related specialization (preferred), or a B.

- Tech plus MBA in Finance.

- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field with strong Digital/Analytics focus.

Experience:

- 3+ years in tech, digital, analytics, consulting, or project management roles (broad-based consulting preferred).

- Proven track record in financial modeling and data analysis, including Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with data science concepts (ML, predictive analysis, data mining) is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong client engagement and team management abilities.

- Ability to multitask and drive projects with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of AI applications in finance is a plus.

- Certifications in FP&A, PMP, or related areas are advantageous.
