In this role, you will support and drive key strategic initiativesacross Platform Observability, IP-Based Broadcasting, and Advertising Technology(SSAI). You will have a direct opportunity to integrate AI and Machine Learningsolutions to make our systems smarter, more efficient, and truly predictive.You’ll be responsible for executing the product strategy for these critical platformcapabilities, working closely with dedicated engineering teams to deliver robust,scalable, and impactful solutions.What You’ll Do• Support the development and execution of the product roadmap forObservability, IP Broadcasting, and Ad Tech (SSAI), ensuring alignment withoverall platform objectives and reliability goals.• Manage all aspects of the product delivery lifecycle for your assignedinitiatives, from concept and requirements gathering to development, launch,and post-launch performance analysis.• Translate complex technical challenges into clear, concise productrequirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.• Lead active discussions with technology vendors and partners (e.g., CDNs,encoding providers, ad tech vendors) to evaluate capabilities, negotiatefeatures, and drive integration priorities.• Proactively engage with B2B partners and enterprise clients to understandtheir needs, pain points, and use cases, translating them into actionableplatform requirements.• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, andbusiness teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, regularlyreporting on their impact and identifying areas for improvement.• Champion the integration of AI/ML capabilities across charters to drivepredictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.Domain-Specific Initiatives• Observability & QoE: Define requirements for monitoring tools and dashboards;analyze data to identify QoE trends; collaborate on AI/ML models for predictivealerting and root cause analysis.• Broadcasting via IP: Contribute to projects enhancing the reliability of our IPbased linear TV delivery; gather requirements for new video formats andprotocols; support AI initiatives for encoding optimization.• Advertising Technology (SSAI): Work with ad operations to streamline SSAIworkflows and improve monetization; support AI/ML initiatives for ad targetingand yield optimization.What You'll Bring• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a highlytechnical role with product-related responsibilities.• Direct experience in one or more of the following: video streamingtechnologies (OTT/IPTV), advertising technology (SSAI, VAST, VMAP), orlarge-scale distributed system observability.• A solid foundational understanding of the video streaming ecosystem: codecs(H.264/HEVC), packaging (HLS, DASH), CDNs, and media players (e.g.,ExoPlayer, AVPlayer, VideoJS).• Proven experience in requirement gathering and directly managingdiscussions with clients, partners, or vendors.• Exposure to or a strong interest in AI/ML concepts and how they can beapplied to solve real-world product challenges.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with theability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.• A proactive, "get-things-done" attitude and a deep curiosity for how complexsystems work.Join us in building the future of television, leveraging AI to create unparalleled reliabilityand experiences for millions of users across India
