The role is Senior Manager - HR Tech
SBI General Insurance is looking to hire HR Professionals. We are looking for professionals who are keen on building their career in our HR team. This position would be based out of Mumbai and would be a Work from Office opportunity.
Candidates who are looking to grow in a fast paced environment and have a rigor to learn and increase their knowledge would possess the required attitude in addition to the below mentioned skill sets and education qualification.
The Job Description for the role is mentioned below:
Serve as the SPOC for all digitization projects in HR. Coordinate internally with respective role holders for additional information
Drive the implementation of any new digital modules for the HR function.
Drive the identification and execution of process improvements in existing modules.
Coordinate with the HRMS vendor for all issues pertaining to HR modules and drive timely closure of issues.
Track and monitor existing issues and new implementation for all HR modules.
Regularly communicate and coordinate with Regional HR Managers (RHMs) on the status of issues relating to employee specific data/ entries
Maintain and update the SOPs basis any new addition/modification in the existing processes after discussing with the role holder.
Education Criteria:
MBA (HR) & Min 4 Years of experience in HR Tech role
