Job Description

Handling multiple transitions and projects across MGBS (planning, tracking, periodic review, monitoring, risk management)Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones.Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment through coordination of project kickoffStakeholder and customer managementSupporting in FTE forecasting for new transitions and FTE billingDefines resources and schedule for project/program implementationCreate strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planningManage Projects within the budgeted cost, timely escalation of issues and their resolutionsProject Transparency – daily/weekly/monthly updates and project progress reported as per agreed scheduleSupporting service management team and ensuring 100% accurate reporting as per agreed timelinesReport Automation and drive efficienciesIdentifying and working on new/existing projects leading to business efficiency
