Job SummaryReporting as Senior Marketing Operations Specialist , the Certified Adobe Campaign Manager requires deep technical expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Standard. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and support of complex, data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in campaign architecture, scripting, data modelling, and platform integration, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development & ExecutionBuild and configure multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) using Adobe Campaign workflowsDevelop custom scripts and logic for dynamic content, audience segmentation, and personalizationCreate and maintain reusable templates, delivery mechanisms, and campaign componentsPlatform Configuration & Data ManagementDesign and manage schemas, targeting workflows, and data imports/exportsImplement ETL processes and ensure data integrity across campaign executionsOptimize database queries and workflows for performance and scalabilitTroubleshooting & SupportDiagnose and resolve issues related to campaign execution, delivery failures, and data inconsistenciesMonitor logs, delivery reports, and workflow execution to proactively identify and fix errorsCollaborate with Adobe support and internal IT teams to resolve platform-level issues.Integration & AutomationIntegrate Adobe Campaign with external systems (CRM, web analytics, APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud)Develop and maintain SOAP/REST API connections for real-time data exchange and campaign triggersAutomate recurring campaign processes and reporting workflowsRequirements :CertificationCandidates must hold at least one of the following Adobe Certified Expert credentials:Professional: DeveloperExpert: DeveloperMaster: ArchitectTechnical & Soft Skills:Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard)At least one year of Adobe Campaign Classic software experienceStrong proficiency in the following areas:SQL for data manipulation and targeting preferredJava Script and HTML/CSS for email scripting and personalizationXML for template and workflow configurationExperience with SOAP/REST APIs, webhooks, and data connectors.Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plusUnderstanding of data privacy regulations and secure data handling practicesA basic understanding of marketing automationAn understanding of relational database conceptsExperience with campaign performance tuning and delivery optimization.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
