Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Hire and Tech. If you have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment and are looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire Bench Sales process from start to finish.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and clients.
Work closely with the sales team to understand and fulfil client requirements.
Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants to meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the recruitment process.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders onsite to streamline recruitment operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Willingness to work onsite at our office location.
Availability for night shift work from 6:30 p.m. IST to 4:00 a.m. IST .
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
Currently based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat , or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
