We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Hire and Tech. If you have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment and are looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire Bench Sales process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand and fulfil client requirements.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders onsite to streamline recruitment operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our office location.
  • Availability for night shift work from 6:30 p.m. IST to 4:00 a.m. IST .
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Currently based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat , or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
