Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Manager to oversee retail chain outlet projects for QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in interior works and project management, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Projects Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of retail outlet projects, including planning, execution, and coordination to ensure successful and timely completion.


Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and oversee retail chain outlet projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  5. Collaborate with design teams to develop and implement interior concepts that align with brand standards and customer preferences.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  7. Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
  8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
  9. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to teamwork and productivity.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail project management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Projects Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of interior works, construction methodologies, and project management principles.
  4. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  7. Willingness to travel as required for project site visits and inspections.
  8. Minimum 7 to 10 years of field experience in project management.
  9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a field-based role and willingness to be actively involved in project sites.
