We are seeking an experiencedPlant Manager to lead in Chittoor. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing the existing 6 reactorsand overseeing the expansion project to include 4 more reactors.This is a critical role that requires a high level of technicalexpertise leadership skills and operationalacumen.
  • Ensuresmooth and efficient functioning of the plant by streamliningprocesses optimizing resource utilization and maintaining highstandards of operationalexcellence.
  • Establishand enforce ISO 9001 quality management systems to ensureconsistency and quality in alloperations.
  • Leadthe expansion project ensuring timely and costeffective executionwhile adhering to safety and environmentalstandards.
  • Manageand develop a highperforming team fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and operationalexcellence.
  • Overseebudgeting cost management and financial planning to ensureprofitability andefficiency.
  • Liaisewith internal and external stakeholders including suppliersregulatory bodies and local authorities to ensure smooth operationsandcompliance.
  • Implementcontinuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiencyreduce waste and increaseproductivity.
  • Embraceand integrate new technologies to enhance plant performance andsustainability.

Requirements
  • BE/B.Techin Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of20 years of experience in plant operations with a focus on tirepyrolysis or similar industrialprocesses.
  • Proventrack record in managing largescale industrial operations andprojects.
  • Strongknowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality managementsystems.
  • Exceptionalleadership and team managementskills.
  • Excellentcommunication organizational and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Familiaritywith environmental regulations and sustainability practices inindustrialoperations.
