Senior Manager, Oracle Analytics Service Excellence

The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) aims to enable customers to fully leverage their data by offering top-tier architectural guidance and design expertise. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team includes Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server. Our main goal is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics. We engage with customers and partners globally, building trust in Oracle Analytics. We also collaborate with Product Management to enhance product offerings and share our insights through blogs, webinars, and demonstrations. This role is crucial for any enterprise aiming to fully leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server, ensuring that their business users not only adapt to but also thrive in a data-driven environment. Strategy Development: Develop and refine the strategy for deploying, integrating, and enhancing the adoption of Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server to support organizational goals. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, mentor, and retain a team of solution architects to implement OAC/S solutions effectively in a timely fashion, pre- and post-sales. Project Management: Oversee multiple customer projects, ensuring they are implemented (post-sales) and converted (pre-sales) on time, within scope, and within the budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to align Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server capabilities and its vision with business needs. Training and Development: Ensure team members are well-trained on the latest features and best practices in Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server, including AI and ML. Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on the technical aspects of Oracle Analytics Cloud, including interactive data visualization, data reliability, data security, and Agentic AI. Innovation: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team, exploring new ways to leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud and Server for business advantage. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all data management practices comply with legal and regulatory standards. Career Level - M3
