Key Responsibilities Own the quality of data delivered to multiple clients and establish automated quality checks. Plan and manage delivery timelines for each client engagement. Identify risks early and define mitigation plans proactively. Collaborate across teams to leverage core capabilities for client delivery. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Review and improve current delivery processes. Mentor and lead the delivery team to ensure excellence in execution. Interact directly with customers when needed. Represent the delivery team in internal and external discussions. Requirements 6-8 years of relevant experience in software delivery or related domains. Strong understanding of software development processes. Hands-on experience with programming, large system development, and code reviews. Proven experience in setting up and executing quality processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
