Job Description

Post Telecaller - outbound process for business loans

Age 19 to 30 years

Qualification preferably graduate.

Marital Status - Single

Language Skills - Should be able to communicate ( speak fluently ) in hindi + Basic English

Sex - preferably Female.

Should not be studying ie either completed the studies or not going to study further.

Shift - Day Shift 9.45 am to 7 pm with 1 hour break (45 mins for lunch 1pm to 1.45pm and 15 mins for morning & evening tea )

Reporting time is strictly on or before 9.45 am ( 3 late marks = 1 day salary deduction)

1st month no target

2nd month onwards 1 customer file pickup per day.

Willing to work extended working hours ( if daily target not met ).

Every morning candidate will have to deposit their personal mobiles with the team leader ( can take it back during lunch time and return it at end of lunch time ).

Salary

Freshers = 10 to 12 k

Exp in telecalling for loans

6 mths to 1 year = 13 to 14k

1year to 2 years = 15 to 18 k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
