We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to strengthen our finance and compliance operations at our Hyderabad SEZ facility.
Key Responsibilities
• MIS & Reporting – Prepare financial dashboards, management reports, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
• General Ledger & Accounting – Maintain accurate books, reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end closings.
• Statutory Compliance – Ensure adherence to SEZ rules, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and international compliance norms.
• Regulatory Frameworks – Operate within ISO 13485, CE-IVD, and US FDA-compliant environments.
• Billing & Collections – Manage customer invoicing, AR/AP, and ensure timely collections.
• ERP / SAP – Drive process efficiency and accuracy through ERP (SAP) financial modules.
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / CPA (or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of experience in finance and compliance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in life sciences, pharma, or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, general ledger, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in SEZ finance operations and ERP/SAP is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
