HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to understand employee concerns, feedback, and career aspirations.
  • Preparing KRA and KPI for admin (Front Desk Executives/ Patient Communication Executives) & support staff.
  • Managing attendance/leave employee wise and prepare details/data to be shared with the Finance department for the salary process.
  • Prepare and deliver a module of induction process for new employees.
  • To go through policies & procedures and regularly update the same.
  • To make a comprehensive process for annual appraisal and its smooth accomplishment in coordination with management.
  • Design and execute training plans for employees to enhance skills and performance.
  • Preparing Offer Letters/Appointment letter/Experience Letter.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing necessary details to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Oversee seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Implement initiatives to foster a positive inclusive work culture.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly update policies and procedures to align with evolving compliance standards.
  • Manage off-boarding procedures with sensitivity and thoroughness and exit interview process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA degree in Human Resources/Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare/ mental health setup/ startup space.
  • Proven experience in conducting 1:1 sessions, training program development, and compliance management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
