Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for running, scaling, and optimizing paid campaigns across
Meta, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn
. You'll be working closely with the founders and sales leadership to drive predictable, high-quality leads that convert into enrollments.

Responsibilities

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Scale budgets systematically while keeping ROI intact
  • Implement conversion tracking (Meta CAPI, Google Offline Conversions, LinkedIn OCT)
  • Build funnels: cold, warm, and hot retargeting campaigns
  • Collaborate with content/design team to create high-performing creatives
  • Track and report on
    CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-sale performance
  • Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, hooks, and targeting
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and feedback loops

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (B2C preferred, high-ticket is a plus)
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and funnels
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale profitably
  • Creative mindset for testing new hooks and ad angles
