Position: Event Manager
Location: Bengaluru South - JP Nagar

Our innovative integration of technology ensures unforgettable experiences for both you and your audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events & Brand Promotions for high-profile clients.- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and budgeting.- Ensure seamless execution of events, from concept to completion.- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver events that exceed their expectations.- Travel across India and internationally to oversee events and ensure their success.- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
- Must have event agency background- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in event management, preferably working with similar high-profile clients.- Proven track record of managing large-scale events & Brand Promotions- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips at least twice a year.- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include creativity, negotiation skills, budget management, knowledge of AV equipment, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
