Marketing Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, creative flair, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.


Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore, India Onsite

Salary: Upto 7-8L per annum


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage social media platforms and oversee social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee offline marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for marketing fashion products on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and others.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to manage performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising.
  • Identify and onboard relevant enablers for the platform related to marketing, including technology partners and marketing tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI to continuously improve marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive team success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience in managing offline marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces and experience in marketing fashion products on e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing performance marketing campaigns.
