Job Description:


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase online presence, drive traffic, and enhance user engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement best practices for search engine optimization and manage search engine marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty through personalized and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and propose new initiatives to keep the company ahead of the curve.



Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on online growth strategies and digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
