Safety is our priority, and the Technical Compliance Administrator shall alert the vessel/fleet cell team of:
• Overdue items of different modules in ShipSure
• Expiring Documentation that is critical to ship operations
Monitor
Technical Compliance Administrator will effectively monitor:
• Internal inspection Periods (Vessel Inspection reports, Sailing Audits etc.)
• Procurement behaviours within fleet cells
• Distribution of ticketing for Technical Compliance matters
Reporting
To be an advocate of ShipSure and ensure it is properly utilised within the Operations Centre, Ship Manager and onboard. This includes guidance to the fleet cell on 
Proactive planning and implementation of VIR & Sailing Engineering Audits, reducing overdue numbers. Oil analysis and Monthly reports shall be attained to assist with Technical Compliance Specialists.
