Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Integration Consultant with deep knowledge of Core Connectors to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing complex integrations between Workday Financials and external systems such as ERP platforms , banking systems , and third-party financial applications. Using Workday Core Connectors , you will ensure the seamless flow of financial data across systems, enabling efficient business processes for our clients. Expertise in both inbound and outbound integrations , payroll , general ledger , and procurement functions is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:


•Lead the development, configuration, and management of Workday Financials integrations using Core Connectors , ensuring accurate and timely data exchange between Workday and external systems.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements for key financial processes such as payroll , accounts payable (AP) , accounts receivable (AR) , general ledger (GL) , and procurement systems .

•Configure Core Connectors to support inbound and outbound financial data flows , including financial transactions , bank reconciliations , and expense management .

•Implement and manage integrations with ERP systems , banking platforms , and third-party applications such as tax platforms, invoice management tools, and more.

•Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring efficient communication and accurate data flow between Workday Financials and other business-critical systems.

•Utilize additional tools such as Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to handle complex integration scenarios where required.

•Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring adherence to best practices in data security and integrity for financial information.

•Maintain documentation, develop user guides, and provide ongoing support and training to end-users on integration processes.

•Stay updated on the latest Workday enhancements and integration technologies to drive continuous improvements in integration solutions.


Key Qualifications:


•Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials integration , with specific expertise in Workday Core Connectors .

•Strong understanding of financial processes, including payroll , general ledger (GL) , procurement , expense management , accounts payable (AP) , and accounts receivable (AR) , and how these systems interact with Workday Financials .

•Experience with inbound and outbound integrations for financial transactions, and integrating with ERP systems , banking systems , or other third-party financial tools.

•Familiarity with Workday Studio , EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , and calculated fields for advanced integration setups is highly desirable.

•Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across complex systems.

•Ability to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions using Workday Financials .

•Strong communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver seamless integration experiences.

•Workday certification in Financials or Integrations (preferred but not required).

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
