ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're hiring a
Senior UI/UX Designer
to join a fast-growing digital solutions company that partners with global clients, including enterprises across the US. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level and SaaS applications, crafting intuitive and scalable user experiences that make a real impact. The position is full-time, with flexibility on location (preference for candidates in the Delhi NCR region).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Create scalable, responsive UI/UX for enterprise applications across devices and screen sizes
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
  • Incorporate accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines) into product design
  • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and US-based clients, incorporating feedback effectively
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and efficiency
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies

QUALIFICATION:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
  • Expert proficiency in Figma across the full design process
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable and responsive designs for enterprise/SaaS applications
  • Prior experience working with US-based clients
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
  • High ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities
