We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Piping Lead Engineer to join us at Panipat Refinery. As the Piping Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of piping design, installation, and maintenance within the refinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of piping engineers and designers in the planning, design, and execution of piping projects within the organization.

- Developing detailed piping specifications, layouts, and designs in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.

- Reviewing and approving piping drawings, documents, and materials to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

- Collaborating with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and stakeholders to coordinate piping activities and resolve any technical issues or conflicts.

- Conducting site inspections and audits to monitor the progress and quality of piping installations and identify any deviations or discrepancies.

- Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers, as well as mentoring them to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Participating in project meetings, risk assessments, and design reviews to ensure the successful delivery of piping projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or a diploma holder in the similar field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping design and engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.

- Extensive knowledge of piping design standards

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
