Job Summary

The HVAC Sales & Project Engineer is responsible for generating new business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems along with proven sales and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial HVAC segments.

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.

  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new technologies.

Project Engineering & Execution

  • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to design appropriate HVAC solutions.

  • Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/pipe sizing as required.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment pricing and availability.

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion.

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact between the client, internal teams, and contractors.

  • Provide technical support and guidance during project execution.

  • Prepare project progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.

  • Assist service teams with after-sales support and warranty issues when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
