Role & responsibilities :-

  1. Tally Entries:

  2. Assist in day-to-day accounting entries in Tally software including receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.

  3. Support in voucher preparation and documentation.

  4. Excel Work:

  5. Maintain and update various reports in Excel (e.g., fee collection reports, expense tracking, student dues list).

  6. Perform basic reconciliations and data formatting.

  7. Departmental Coordination:

  8. Coordinate with internal departments for collecting bills, approvals, and necessary documentation.

  9. Follow up with stakeholders for timely submission of accounting-related data.

  10. Fee Collection Support:

  11. Help in managing student fee collection process.

  12. Update fee status and communicate with students/parents when required

  13. Other Responsibilities:

  14. Support the finance team in documentation, file management, and audit preparations.

  15. Assist in any other day-to-day accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile :-

  • Education Qualification:

  • Pursuing B.Com or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institute.

  • Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally software and Excel.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
